Vibrant Vintage is a colorful reboot of traditionally solid pastel lace baby blanket patterns. For this piece, I used Stylecraft Special DK and New Fashion DK with a size 5mm hook.
You can find this pattern “Sweet Dreams” in the Liesure Arts book “Best of Terry Kimbrough Baby Afghans” but I have extended the border by improvising 14 extra rounds.
What a joy this was! The color plus a beautiful lace is rewarding and refreshing. Can’t wait to make some more! Terry’s designs are ace!
